The service
divrecord.com publishes records of the dividends of listed companies: dates, amounts and history. It is free to use, carries ads and needs no account. We may change or stop any part of it.
Not advice
Nothing on the site is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Make your own decisions, or take them with a qualified adviser.
Accuracy
We work to keep the records right, but companies change dates and amounts, a record can be late, incomplete or wrong, and estimates are projections, not announcements. Check the company’s own announcement before you act on a date or an amount. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
Calendar feeds
Feeds are provided as they are. Your calendar app decides when to refresh them, so they can be out of date. Anyone with a feed’s address can see its companies, so share it as you would the list itself.
Fair use
Use the site and its feeds for your own purposes. Don’t overload the site or try to get around its rate limits.
Ads and other websites
Ads are chosen by Google, not by divrecord, and aren’t recommendations. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we aren’t responsible for what those websites say.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or from relying on its information.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
