About divrecord
divrecord records the dividends of listed companies worldwide: when each one is declared, when the shares go ex-dividend, the record and payment dates, and the amount.
Each record is one dividend: its dates, its amount per share, its currency, and whether it is a regular or a special dividend. Companies are filed under their ISIN, the international code for a security, because the same ticker can mean different companies on different exchanges.
On the site
- Ex-dividend dates
- Upcoming ex-dividend dates by market, with the amount, the declaration date and the pay date.
- Payment dates
- The same dividends, in the order they are paid.
- Company pages
- Each company’s dividend history, totals by year with a chart, and what a number of shares received. Find one by ticker, ISIN or name with the search at the top of every page.
- Calendar feed
- Ex-dividend and payment dates for the companies you choose, in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.
How it runs
No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for. The number of shares you enter stays in the page address, and your theme and calendar choices stay in your browser. Privacy lists what is kept, and where.
Free, with ads. Ads from Google pay for the site. They appear only in the spaces marked “Advertisement”.
Not investment advice. The records are for information. Companies change dates and amounts, and a record can be wrong: check the company’s own announcement before you trade.
The figures, and corrections
Methodology explains the dates, amounts and currencies, and how each figure on a company page is worked out: annual totals, the trailing 12 months, growth, runs of increases and payment frequency.
